Gift voucher validity

  The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The date of issue is usually the date of payment.

Unused vouchers and their payments are non-refundable.

All bookings with gift vouchers are subject to reservation and cancellation terms.

How to order gift voucher and what is the next step?

  To order a voucher, please contact us by email at [email protected]. There will be a short communication in which we will mutually agree on the scope of services.

We will issue you an invoice for the gift voucher with a payment due in three days.

   Once we receive your payment, we will send you the voucher in PDF format to your email without delay. Simply print the voucher and then hand it over to the recipient.

The other side of the voucher provides information for the recipient on how to book their stay.

What do we need to know to issue you an invoice for the voucher and subsenquetly the voucher itself?

You do not pay anything extra for the service. Orders placed are processed immediately at any time of the day or night.
