Reservation
Information about your stay
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00.
Departure is by 10:00.
You can park in the street behind the guesthouse, reservation is not necessary.
We provide Wi-Fi internet access.
Please bring your slippers with you upon arrival.
We offer storage for sports equipment.
Available for rent are games for your free time.
Outdoor seating, grilling and barbecuing are available.
Charging and storing batteries is prohibited in the accommodation area, except for common electrical appliances.
The use of open fire, including candles, incense sticks and other sources of ignition, is prohibited in the apartments.
Smoking is prohibited in the building, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in the garden.
Booking conditions
Minimal number of nights
Outside the dates listed below, a stay of at least 2 nights can be arranged.
Autumn 2025:
23.11.2025 - 22.12.2025 it is possible to arrange a stay of one night or more with arrival at any time, including weekends
Christmas 2025:
23.12.2025 - 26.12.2025 we are closed, reservations are not possible
New Year's Eve 2025:
27.12.2025 - 03.01.2026 it is possible to arrange a stay of at least 3 nights, special reservation conditions apply, more on the page VOP
Children accommodation
Children of any age can stay. Please write the age of the children in the notes when booking so we can offer you the best price.
Apartment FAMILY 202 is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x182 and 90x171).
For children under 3 years of age, a cot including a towel can be rented on request for a fee.
Children under 5 years of age without a bed and meals can sleep with both parents in double apartments for free.
We will be happy to lend you a high chair, toilet seat, washbasin step and potty.

Extra beds are not possible in the apartments.
A playground is available in the garden for children during their stay.
In the apartment FAMILY 202 there is a DVD player and access to the Netflix video library in all apartments.
Animals
Animals are not allowed, so please leave your pets at home for care.
Group bookings
We do not accept group bookings for more than two apartments.
Arrival guarantee - accommodation deposit
We build a relationship with all our guests based on mutual trust. That is why we do not require a deposit before arrival.
In the last step of the online booking, select the option ″Book without payment″.
We will ask you to pay the full amount upon arrival.
However, please note that your reservation is subject to rezervační podmínky, including payment for any late cancellation and no-show.
If you arrange insurance HotelStorno for your reservation, the insurance premium is payable within three days of making the reservation..
If you decide to pay the total amount for your stay at the time of booking, you can use the GoPAY payment gateway. Select this payment option in the last step of the online booking.
If something goes wrong with the online payment, nothing happens. You will receive an invoice by e-mail including a QR code for the total amount and you can pay for your stay by regular bank transfer.
Change of reservation
You can change your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the original arrival date by 2:00 PM.
If you change the reservation date later, the same conditions apply as for cancellation of the reservation.
Changing the number of people in the reservation is free of charge and is possible at any time before arrival.
During an ongoing stay, in the event of an earlier departure date than that agreed in the reservation, payments for unused nights are non-refundable.
Cancellation of reservation
Please notify us of your cancellation by phone or email 7 days before arrival by 2:00 PM.
If you cancel your stay later or do not arrive at all, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of your reservation.
Cancellation insurance can be purchased with your reservation.
